The surrealistic landscapes in acrylics and the archaic pictograms which are both spreads over fiberboards are indicative of a significant theoretical approach that is fundamental in Morozov’s paintings. As it is widely known, surrealism took an extremely active approach in its focus on the subconscious mind. Coupled with primitive primeval art as a source of philosophical inspiration for twentieth century art, these two fields of art are widely referenced in Morozov's artwork.
